Vacccines

Vaccinations are important. Vaccines lower your chances of getting and spreading certain infections. Vaccines teach your immune system how to create antibodies that protect you from diseases. It’s much safer for your immune system to learn this through vaccination than by catching the diseases and treating them. Once your immune system knows how to fight a disease, it can often give you life-long protection.

Whether you need your annual flu shot or to keep up with your COVID-19 booster shots, Accessible Healthcare is here to help. We accept both walk-ins and appointments. The healthcare of our patient population is a priority. At Accessible Healthcare, it’s easy to get information about vaccinations, as well as access to the vaccinations you need.

Where Can You Get Your Vaccines?
If you have an appointment scheduled with your primary care provider, you can receive many types of vaccines during your visit. Flu shots are also available without a prescription at our hospital and clinic location pharmacies.

Updated COVID-19 Vaccine Guidance
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) simplified vaccine recommendations. The CDC recommends that people ages 5 and older receive one updated COVID-19 vaccine.

Our patient population relies on us for easy access to information and vaccinations. If you can’t make an appointment, we have walk-in clinics available every month.
